Forms of Payment
The Boutique accepts the following
forms of payment: Credit Cards
(American Express, Master Card, and
Visa). Checks, Cash and Gift
Certificates are accepted in-store
only.
Sales Tax
Local Taxes (Texas 8.25%) will be
added to your order when applicable.
Purchasing
Confirmation acknowledging receipt
of your order will be sent via
e-mail. Please note that you must
supply us with a valid email address
when you place your order to receive
your electronic order confirmation.
We aim to send out all orders within
three (3) business days subject to
credit clearance, address
verification and availability of
items.
The Boutique accepts online orders
in the Continental U.S. only. For
international orders, please call us

Shipping
The Boutique Online Store DOES NOT
ship to P.O. Boxes. Most orders will
be sent out within three (3)
business days subject to credit
clearance, address verification and
availability of items. We will
contact you if there is a delay or
items are out of stock.
Orders received on Saturday or
Sunday will not begin processing
until the following business week.
No orders will ship out on Saturday
or Sunday.
All orders are shipped Priority Mail
(2-3 days) through the United States
Postal Service. We offer USPS
Express Mail (next-day) for orders
placed over the phone by 12pm CST,
Tuesday - Friday. For Express Mail
shipments please call us at
713.522.8230 or send an email to
info@shopattheboutique.com
during regular business hours and we
will do our best to arrange
shipping.
Returns & Exchange Policy
If you are unhappy with a purchase
from www.shopattheboutique.com we
will gladly accept it for return or
exchange, but the item must be
postmarked within ten (10) days of
the original shipping date. Vintage
and discounted or sale merchandise
are final sale items and cannot be
returned or exchanged.
Please enclose a note with your
name, phone number and e-mail
address explaining the reason for
the return or exchange. You must
include the original receipt from
your package for all
returns/exchanges, and the items
must be returned in the original
condition, unused, with tags still
attached. We will credit the card on
which the purchase was made.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund
shipping and handling charges.
Privacy Policy
The Boutique respects the privacy of
its customers and takes the security
of your personal information very
seriously. The Boutique does not
disclose any of your personal
information that you provide either
during registration or in your
profile without your consent. All of
our customers' profile information
is stored on a restricted database
server and is used only for the
purposes of processing and shipping
your order. Profile information will
never be disclosed to any party
outside of necessary channels to
ship and process your order in a
timely manner. At any point our
customers can access their account
information, and have the
opportunity to correct, update, or
